How do I remove Ubuntu and install Windows Vista?

I have a Gateway notebook that came installed with Windows Vista (Home Premium). Well, as anyone with Vista may know, Vista has alot of problems with working with certain printers. So I hear about this Ubuntu, thinking I could get it to work with my printer.
To make a long story short, I installed Ubuntu from a live CD. I used its built-in partition editor and one thing led to another and now I have a complete system with the only OS being Ubuntu.
Now I can’t install Vista cause of the whole NTFS thing. I have no partitions.
Basically, I need to know how to format my drive, with a Ubuntu (Linux) OS installed and install Windows Vista (I do have recovery disk).
I know some are going to say just put the disk in drive and reboot, but its not that easy. Remember, Windows needs to be installed on a hard drive that either has a NTFS or FAT32 format or brand new with NOTHING on it…
Any useful help would be geatly appreciated.

Can you burn an ISO to a CD without installing software?

Is it possible? Because I would like to make a Linux Live CD, but would rather not install software to do so. By the way, I’m using 32-bit Windows Vista Home Premium, if that makes a difference.

I have a little laptop theory problem this question is only for linux/windows laptop experts?

a few months ago i ask my mom if i can use her laptop to finish my media log homework. She has a toshiba Satellite L45 laptop with windows vista home premium. when went on her laptop i forgot to ask to log me in to her computer (password protected) and i was to late to ask to put it in for my (she went to sleep and i dent wake her her up unless the house on fire , im bleeding, and so on you get the point)
well put kubuntu live cd in and went to try without installing meaning it runs an operating system on the cd (it never touches the hardrive without permission ) i finish my homework my mom woke up she was like weres my laptop! . i told her i have it and she didnt remeber me asking for her laptop and kubuntu was still on running she was trying to take the cd out but cd never comes out unless it fully shut down properly and she was getting mad she hit it and hit (acting like a mad ape wanting a banana )and the disk was making a scrathing noise . she told me to take it so i shut it down and took it she tried to log in to windows boot it sayed one of the registry files is corrupted and she think that kubuntu mess it up but i was trying to tell it never touch the harddrive . and she wasnt buying it so she told my you got 48 hours to fix it and so i did but i had to erase the hard drive and i install windows 7 (my teacher gave me 5 copies :) ) and it took 5 hours to install it (not lying ) once when it was done it was fast for 2 days and my mom was kinda satistfied with but then it was super slow like it took 30 minutes to get to the login screen and then it keeps showing the blue error screen and keeps automatically restarting it was really annoying . but after 3 days later it showed the same error that showed on vista my gave up on the laptop and she still blames me for it but then i put fedora on it and it was still super slow so i took the harddrive to take a look at it thes a dent on it . and i remeber when mom was hitting the laptop thats was cause

(note windows requires a harddrive speed to run but that dent explained every thing vista was fine but that speed was reduce and it wouldnt runbecause of thAT DENT

my question is what can i do to at least make it to that the requiment speed again because if try to undent i dont if it cause a leek (then it will be gone forever ) and please dont say buty a new harddrive my i dont want to break the news to my mom about buying a new harddrive

please help my with this im out of ideas
