Install Linux Mint 7 from virtual box?

I recently downloaded an .iso file of the new Mint 7 Gloria so that I could try it out. I was able to mount the file onto a virtual drive, so that I didn’t need to make a Live CD. Then I was able to play Mint 7 by using Sun xVM Virtual Box, and it was able to run fairly well.

Because of this, I want to run a dual boot of Mint 7 and Wondows Vista . But the question is: Can I install Mint onto my computer by using the methods stated earlier? Answers would be appreciated.
I’m guessing Wubi works with Mint since it’s based off of Ubuntu; right?

I have a copy of a linux distro iso. How to burn it using Nero so as to make it a rebootable live cd?

I tried it in various ways. The iso file burns but does not boot even after choosing the “burn to cd” option. Do I have to add some boot related file? The Puppylinux iso do not need any additional files. It easily burns and it is rebootable. Please help.

Will a “live cd” in .ISO format run on a computer without a O/S ?

I’m trying to remove the last grub file on a linux distro, but am wondering if I need to convert the ISO file to make it work.
