I asked about linux OS and was advised to download it to CD.and try it out. PROBLEM!?

the download is almost 4GB! 800 MB is the largest CD-RW i can find. Solution PLEASE?

i have already download “feather-0.7.5.iso”. i wright it to a cd-rw but my computer did not recognise it at the black screen.
