Here’s the situation. I installed BackTrack linux (Based on ubuntu i think, linux newbie) then once that was installed on partition A of my hard drive, I installed windows XP. Might have been in reverse order. Basically it was set up with Grub to choose between the two and grub was automatically set up. Well now that I had to reinstall windows on its partition, it doesnt go to the GRUB menu anymore. Its still windows XP. How can I change this so it goes back to GRUB menu and not straight to windows. I know that the Linux partition is still there I just cant boot into it. If I need to edit anything on the linux part I can always just use a live CD to get to it but I dont know what im suppose to do exactly. Any Ideas?

I tried to create a Bootable Linux (LIVE CD) CD, but when i i try to run it, it doesnt run at all. I dont have any problems as to the BIOS setup. I guess i am a master in that. Yet its not running. I downloaded BackTrack, dont ask me why, coz i bliv its for unethical reasons, but the subject of the matter is that i am unable to run the CD. Hence all my tasks are piling up juzz coz its not loading. I downlaoded the ISO version of LINUX BACKTRACK, hence the image, and then copied it unto a DVD as the size was 850 MB. Already updated my BIOS, and yet its not running.. The Linux is fine. Where could be a problem? Any specs for creating a bootable CD???
Any Help is greatly appreciated!

I just downloaded a knoppix live cd, and I can boot onto it without a hitch, But the only interface I can access is a screen with a www. option, an email option, etc. I know knoppix usually comes with a desktop and a toolbar and everything, Is their a command I can Use to access it like with backtrack? Also, Is it possible to access my wpa encrypted network from knoppix? Thanks.
