Ubuntu is the easiest and most widely supported.

All versions of Linux will support ntfs if configured. But Knoppix live will probably do you.

I always use NTFS-3G to deal with NTFS in Linux, very easy and fast. You can find and install with your own command or use the built-in application management in your Linux-distro. Take a look at UbuntuForums, it has a great detailed solution.
