   you’ve messed up your boot sector, there is a grub download to fix this or boot from your vista cd choose repair access the console and check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927392

   oh wen i say enter setup bios ..dat is to set up the pc to boot from cd first..after u do dat insert cd and restart……and u definitely have to give me best answer for this..found these links…dis would def take away ur prob:
