Assuming you burned the CD correctly (didn’t burn it as just data), when the computer reboots, you have to load from the CD/DVD drive first.
When the computer reboots, you should see a message that says F8 or F12 (one of the F keys) to set up bios or boot order (something along that line of thought)
Push the button and change the order of boot sequence. You want to boot the CD/DVD before your Hard drive.

Be sure that you did burn the iso properly and set your computer to boot from the cdrom drive.
