If you have XP put in the XP install disk, go to repair options, and get navigate to the “repair console” which is nothing more than a dos prompt. when you get to the dos prompt type fixmbr and hit enter.
If you have vista , same deal, navigate to the repair console, after booting off the vista disk, when you get to the os prompt, with vista, type bootrec.exe /FixMbr then hit enter.
reboot. It will go right into windows, no more Grub
