Is there an ms-dos boot disk version that you can use on a cd-rom instead of a floppy ?

I want to make a deep format on my windows because it contains professional information that I do want to be recovered with easy recovery for instance.

The laptop does not have a floppy reader.

I tried to use Linux live cds but the laptop has only 56 mb of rams so it causes problems.

I then tried Linux version Slackware because it does not require much ram but it did not work. Maybe it didn’t because Windows has a recovery partition maybe that disables me from installing other file systems.
oops, I meant information that I do not want to be recovered
Iam not throwing away this laptop away, maybe it will be sent to Africa or something like that
