the cd image is of knoppix (live linux) .. and I donot have a cd burner… so i thought of putting it on a pendrive.. and use the pendrive to boot. Please help!!!

if you know how to use knoppix, you can dump the OS to a harddrive or thumb drive.
if i recall, at the boot prompt, it’s tohd=/dev/whatever the usb device is. it takes a while, and make sure your thumb drive is large enough.
you’ll need a cd burnder btw, or vmware or something
