I installed the ubuntu linux But I cant accses to windows pattitions.what should I do?

I installed ubuntu linux.But it does not show the windows partitions.
But after booting the computer with ubuntu live CD I can accses both windows and ubuntu partitions.what should I do?.I want to access the windows FAT 32 partitions also.

  1. Are you certain they are FAT32 and not NTFS? Even if it’s FAT32, Ubuntu might simply not have the capability to pull it up. I can access my external hard drive that has an NTFS format, but I can’t make any changes to the data on it, but I cannot access my windows partition or even see that it exists…

    Not much of an answer but I feel your pain.
