Here is what happened. I found out about this thing called wubi so I installed it and it worked good. I installed beryl. I was having problems with screen resolution and frequency. So I edited the some file. Then I restarted my pc and when I select either Windows or Wubi the system stops working and restarts.I do not care about ubuntu. If I can not find a solution I will run a Linux Live CD, copy all my files tomy web server and MegaUpload. Then I will do system recovery. Is this the best solution. If there is a way to fix this please let me know. By the way I cannot boot windows in safe mode or any other mode. I would Really appreciate some help.

If you want to go back with Linux or Windows you need to boot with Linux Live or get a copy of Bart PE and backup all your data. Then reformat and start fresh. Make sure to Install A/V and A/spyware before doing much else. Also, backup up the registery before any major changes and this will help bring the computer back when these things happen.
System Recovery after backup sounds right.

That method might work. I would try seeing if loading into Safe mode causes the same problem before trying to upload your files using Linux Live. Therefore you might avoid having to upload your files.
->If it loads properly in safemode, scan for viruses and then do a system restore back to a more stable period prior to the installation of either software.
->If it doesn’t load , well you can either make an attempt with an installation repair using the Windows CD or as you’ve suggested backing up everything and starting all over.
