*Ubuntu Can Be A Very Confusing OS for beginners, Please Do Not Hesitate To Ask For My Help* quesomanrulz.com – Hey Everyone, Quesomanrulz here. This is a video I made showing how to create an Ubuntu Live CD. For those who don’t know a Live CD it is a CD that you put in at the startup of your computer (not at the start of windows, right after you push the power button). This CD will then boot you into Ubuntu insted of Windows without making any permanent changes to your computer (meaning after you turn the computer off and pop out the disk the computer will be exactly the same). I actually have Ubuntu dual-booting on my system because I like it so much. Also, for those who don’t know what Ubuntu is It is a Linux distribution (probably the most popular) and is open source. The newest version which you will be downloading off of Ubuntu.com is Version 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex). Thanks for watching everyone and remember: Subscribe!!! Is it really better than Windows, I mean like when try to open a app, Windows doesn’t get stuck or say “please close window program not working”?

I would rather use (( Linux Mint )) as a Live CD it works better for live CD because a video codec come already installed… so with Linux Mint CD you can look at videos on youtube with out install flash player… or just use WUBI

set bios to boot from cd
when ur computer starts up it shows the computer logo and something like
“press f2 to go to setup” , goto setup and set your cd drive as the primary boot device, you can change this back later

ok what do you do when you want to run on windows
Report Spam/Abuse
you should get a choice when the system is booting up between windows and ubuntu. you need to be paying attention thought if your want to boot to ubuntu as the boot loader ahs a timer that will put you straight in to windows if you dont make a choice but thta can be configured to not do that if you wish
