  11. a 700MB cd is actually about 703~704 MB. It’s just labeled 700 because it sound better than 703.56 MB

  12. “I should know better 2 Spelling Errors” … hmm, how about grammar in this sentence alone?

  13. Ummm…spelt is the past tense of “to spell” in most places in the world. If you live in the US, then most “t” endings have been modified to “ed” endings. Other words that have been changed in the US include: burnt, dreamt, knelt, leant, leapt, spilt, spoilt, etc. Other words such as meant have not changed.

  14. I’m aware that ‘spelled’ and ‘spelt’ are both acceptable. My comment was intended to be sarcastic, because I was responding to people who were fussing over the spelling of disc/disk, both of which are also acceptable.

Also with words such as burned/burnt, I usually find the -ed ending preferable when using the past tense verb in order to distinguish it from the adjective form. (“He burned the wood. The wood was burnt.”)

BTW, I don’t live in the US.

  15. And how to build custom live cd with customized programs and settings?

  16. That is very helpful for beginners, but I think you should change the title “how to burn a live cd” is better, I thought you were teaching how to build the livecd with a customized enviroment… and based on helike’s comment I was not the only one…
