It is a spyware masking itself as a bluescreen of death. When you click on those Ad’s it install fake antivirus and trojans which gives the attacker control of your computer.
download this to remove that nagging Ad.

does it also say something about a BOGUS_DRIVER or PANIC-STACK_SWITCH or NON_PAGED_FAULT etc or says somthing about XP antivirus 2008 or 2009. and when you click on something its starts scanning (faking)
