Help with Knoppix 2.6 linux live?

I made the disk using a blank DVD and now when i put it in my PC it will not work it still trys to go to windows. I changed the boot order to the CD drive please help me
it is a ISO file
ps i dont have a hard drive in the PC that i am trying to run this on but to run a live edition of linux you dont need a hard drive

Ensure you extracted the ISO image to the DVD using a DVD burner application (such as Nero), don’t simply copy the ISO to the disc.

Are you sure you burned the dvd properly? Here is a how to.
