Well when you boot to the linux cd you’ll see a partitioner that allows you to create a partition for linux during the install process. GParted is good for manipulating partitions after the fact. So when you’re doing the Puppy install simply tell the partitioner to use 2 gigs of space, however you may want to use more depending on the requirements for that particular linux distro.
