You tried installing an Apple operating system on a Windows based PC? There’s your problem.
And yes, it did overwrite the bootloader.
You need to use Wipe Drive (or a freeware utility that performs the same task) to completely clean and eliminate all hard drive information. Then, and only then, can you reinstall Windows.
You cannot reinstall Apple’s os. It will not work. You’ll have to go back to dual booting XP and 7. Wiping the drive is your only hope.

You overwrote Windows 7′s bootloader with Mac OS X’s Dawin loader. You will have to boot from Windows 7 disc to do a startup repair. Are you installing vanilla Mac OS X or OSX86?
